Here’s the translated quote:
We sincerely thank you for always supporting Juice=Juice.
In line with Otsuka Aina’s own wishes, along with some overlap of contractual issues with her family, we were unfortunately unable to reach an agreement with the terms of the contract, and with respect to her family’s non acceptance of the contract terms, from July 5th Otsuka Aina will no longer be part of Juice=Juice or the Hello!Pro Kenshuusei.
From now on Juice=Juice will continue on with only 5 members.
We beg the understanding of the fans on this matter, and hope that you will continue to support them.
Here’s Aina’s comment from her blog:
Some of you probably already know…As the official announcement says, I am leaving Juice=Juice and the Hello!Project trainees today.
I am so sorry that I couldn’t say a proper good-bye.Everybody who cheered for us until this day…Thank you so much!Well then… bye-cha-ko. (*´ `*)
Well, this is really some sad news to start the day with. Aina wasn’t my absolute favourite member of Juice=Juice (I did like her quite a bit) but this news really makes me sad. Juice=Juice will continue as 5-member group without her, even with that though I’m kinda glad that they’re not trying to replace Aina with any other member possibly from Hello! Pro Kenshuusei even though seeing Juice=Juice with Aina and as a five member group will probably take some time getting use to.
Aina has been a Hello! Pro Kenshuusei member since June 2011 after failing the audition for Morning Musume’s 9th Generation. During the auditions I’m pretty sure she was my 3rd favourite girl from the final 5 girls auditioning. She didn’t get in Morning Musume but I was glad she became a Hello! Pro Kenshuusei later during the same year as the 9th Generation debuted. She really grew nicely during her years as a Kenshuusei and when she finally got put into the newest group within Hello! Project I was glad for her since she got another chance to shine as an idol. She sounded and looked really great during Juice=Juice first three indie singles, and it’s really sad that we can’t see her during Juice=Juice’s major debut single along with their future singles and watching the members grow as idols (I find this is kinda like Murakami Megumi’s past situation but without the scandal).
Anyway, even though Aina will be leaving Juice=Juice I will still support Juice=Juice, and for Aina, in whatever she does next, I wish her the best of luck.
